30-day returns on unused Tilt orders in original packaging, refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Fixtures should be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@tiltpendant.shop with your order number and we will send the return address and instructions. No forms, no phone calls.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, with an email confirming it.
Damaged on arrival
If your fixture arrives damaged, we replace it free. Email a photo of the damage and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
The Trio
The same 30-day window applies to the Trio. If one fixture of three has a fault, we replace that fixture — you keep the set.
